Cultural Experiences:

More individualistic and tolerance because most people value their personal freedom and self-expression and accept diverse lifestyles, More straightforward in communication, values clarity and address matters openly.

It is common that a lot of people work part-time especially women to make work-life balance, Cycling is a significant part of Dutch tradition and there are good network paths that makes bicycles a core mode of transport for age levels.

A country with combination of functional and sustainable architecture monuments in their cities and towns that gives recognition of history.

The Dutch community has simple and unique dishes like; Herring, cheese, bread and range of soups.

Exposures:
This trip the Netherland was an eye-opening experience; the trip enhanced my ability to adapt global best practices to local context, Straightforward and openness makes communication direct, and it may give blunt feelings to people.

Bikes everywhere one needs be prepared to follow lane rules. Holland been flat landscape has beautiful and attractive canals and windmills, the climate is often rainy, windy and sometimes snow.

Iconic Dutch foods like ‘stroopwafels’, herring and gouda cheese, proud of two famous festivals like Sinterklaas and Kings Day.
